2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not interfere with its functionality, security, or experience for others.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials on this Site, including designs, branding, templates, copy, graphics, and images—are the exclusive property of Bloom Studio 504.

You may not:

  • Copy, republish, or redistribute our content

  • Use our portfolio images commercially

  • Claim any design work as your own

  • Resell or repurpose our templates without permission

4. Client Projects & Services

Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.

  • Remaining balances follow the agreed payment schedule.

  • Work may pause if payment is late.

Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur standard hourly or project-based fees.

Ownership

  • Final files transfer to the client upon full payment.

  • Bloom Studio 504 retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Submit content, images, and feedback by requested deadlines

  • Maintain their domain, hosting, and platform subscriptions

  • Provide only content they have the rights to use

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific Google rankings

  • Traffic increases

  • Conversion outcomes

  • Revenue or ROI

Results vary by business, market, strategy, and client participation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bloom Studio 504 is not responsible for:

  • Lost revenue or business opportunities

  • Errors caused by third-party platforms (Squarespace outages, hosting issues, etc.)

  • Security breaches outside our control

  • Delays caused by missing client content

7. Termination

We may refuse service or end a project when necessary.
Completed work will be billed accordingly.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, USA.
